We want all of our festival goers to have a fantastic festival. Please make sure you read the following carefully to ensure everyone has a fab festival experience.
Tickets are non refundable, non transferrable and cannot be exchanged. Tickets can also not be re sold for a profit. Any resold tickets will be automatically void. ID may be checked against the ticket purchaser on the gate.
By purchasing a ticket, the ticket holder gives their permission for any photo or film taken at the event of their actual or simulated likeness to be used for the purpose of promoting the festival in any printed promotional material, online marketing or in the media.
You are purchasing a ticket for a festival not for a particular act therefore line up/times are subject to change.
We are active members of the Pubwatch scheme, and also reserve the right to refuse admission to any individual. In this instance, the festival ticket price paid will be refunded.
Anyone who is in possession of a forged/fraudulent ticket will not be allowed entry to the festival – regardless of whether the ticket was originally purchased in good faith. They will, however, be subject to prosecution by Atown Festivals Limited t/a AMF to the fullest extent of the law. Strict measures are in place to ensure the validity of all tickets for the festival, so please only purchase tickets from designated outlets as detailed on this site as your own safeguard.
We may also remove anyone from the festival who breaks any site rules/or behaves in an unreasonable manner (in this instance the organisers will not issue a refund of either festival or bus ticket costs).
The site rules are (but are not limited to) the following: NO Glass/ NO Dogs (except assistance dogs)/NO Fireworks/ NO Illegal substances /NO Weapons/NO Fires/NO Private Sound Systems/NO littering (please use bins provided).
The festival operates a ZERO TOLERANCE policy to drugs.
All under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 25 or over for the duration of the festival. I.D will be checked and no exceptions or refunds will be made.
On site we operate a challenge 25 policy in which anyone up to age 25 may be challenged for ID. If you cannot provide ID, and look under 18 you will not be allowed to purchase or consume drink, and must be accompanied by an adult at all times as above.
Families are welcome, but price concessions are not available, and we ask that younger members are not be allowed to wander about freely unattended or left in one area alone.
No one will be allowed to bring drink of any description onto site. Any person attempting to do so will have it confiscated without recompense, or will be refused entry without being eligible for a refund on their ticket.
