CA7 2AJ

Photographic I.D may be required at the onsite box office, at the wristband exchange and at the entry gates, it is important that you buy the correct ticket/wristband as different wristbands will be issued accordingly.
Suitable forms of ID include passports, proof of age cards or driving licenses. (Photocopies will not be accepted)

The proof of age card costs just £15 and also gets you lots of discounts at well known places, for more info please visit www.citizencard.com

Alcohol

Alcohol is strictly prohibited from being brought onto site. The bars on site are all very reasonably priced, and the sale of alcohol ensures the festival ticket price is kept at a very competitive and affordable level.

Under 18's will be issued with appropriate wristbands, and will not be allowed to buy nor consume alcohol. It is also against the law for over 18's to purchase alcohol for minors. Any of these offences may lead to eviction from the festival.
On site we operate a 'challenge 25' policy, I.D will be required on entry. Also at all of our bars, please make sure you bring your I.D with you to avoid embarrassment. Random on site checks may also be made.

Disabled Information

On site there will be disabled toilets. Guide dogs only are permitted on all areas of the site. We will endeavour to accommodate any needs you may have, either on-site or transportation wise, and to ensure these are met please e-mail us at This email address is being protected from spambots. Festival Boundaries

Festival boundaries are clearly marked for your own safety, please do not ignore the signs.

Fireworks

Fireworks are strictly prohibited from being brought onto the festival site.

Glass

There is a STRICTLY NO GLASS policy in place on the whole site, as the site is a rugby playing field. This is for the safety of everyone. If anyone is found to have glass on the site, it will be confiscated (no exceptions).

Illegal Substances

We have a ZERO TOLERANCE policy on ALL illegal substances. We will be operating a search policy on entry to the site which may involve Police trained dogs and female security staff for bag searches. If you attempt to bring any illegal substance, or are subsequently found to have brought these on to the site you will be removed from the festival immediately, substances will be confiscated, and your details given to the local authorities. No refund of ticket monies will be made.

The laws of the land are as relevant within the festival as anywhere else.

Lost Property

People do occasionally either lose or misplace personal possessions, and the following guidelines will, we hope, enable you to recover your property if such an unfortunate event occurs.

We would ask that any loss is reported to us using the Lost Property guidelines before contacting either the Police or Insurance companies. Items may turn up some time after the event, and we would rather re-unite them with their owners and have you avoid having to inform the authorities that your reported lost/stolen item has been returned to you. This route is also much preferred by both the Police and Insurance companies as it avoids possible unnecessary duplication of paperwork.

Tickets/Wristbands

When entering the main security gate at the site, you will be asked to swap your ticket for a wristband. This must be worn at all times. Anyone found without a wristband will be ejected from the festival.

Photographic I.D will be required at the onsite box office, at the wristband exchange and at the entry gates, it is important that you buy the correct ticket/wristband as different wristbands will be issued accordingly.

Under18/Minors

All under 18's must be accompanied by a responsible adult aged 25 or over for the duration of the festival. I.D will be checked and no exceptions or refunds will be made.
On site we operate a challenge 25 policy in which anyone up to age 25 may be challenged for ID. If you cannot provide ID, and look under 18 you will not be allowed to purchase or consume drink, and must be accompanied by an adult at all times as above.
Families are welcome, but price concessions are not available, and we ask that younger members are not to be allowed to wander about freely.
