I'm under 18 do I have to bring a parent or guardian with me?
Yes, if you are under 18 you must be accompanied by a responsible ticket holding adult aged 25 or over for the duration of the festival.
Can I bring food or drink to the festival?
Sorry, no, not even plastic bottles of water or soft drinks. There are bars and food vendors on site selling at reasonable prices which enables us to keep ticket prices very low.
I'm under 18 now but will be 18 by the time of the festival which ticket do I buy?
All tickets are at adult rates. If you require an adult wristband to enable you to purchase or consume alcohol, you will need to produce valid ID.
I'm over 18 do I need to bring I.D with me?
On site we operate a challenge 25 policy, so to avoid any potential problems we do advise you to bring your I.D
I'm worried about bringing my passport/driving license with me, will I need them?
Yes we do recommend that you bring I.D if you look younger than 25 with you to avoid any potential problems, If you're worried about bringing your I.D then we recommend a proof of age card it costs just £15 and also gets you lots of discounts at well known places, for more info please visit http://www.citizencard.com

How far do I have to walk between my car and the festival?
The public car parks are only a matter of minutes away from the festival, depending on which you park on. The Market square car park is two minutes walk, whilst there will be a shuttle bus in operation from the Spar car-park, although this is only a leisurely 10 minute easy walk to the festival.
Can I buy a ticket on site?
Tickets may be available to purchase on site, providing we haven't sold out. We highly recommend you purchase early bird weekend. This will guarantee you avoid disappointment.
